The world is full of Delicious food. It’s a blessing that we are able to eat such foods and I have never ever thought to leave my eating habits and curse my cravings I am happy with that. But it’s equally important to take care of your body. Your body starts getting older if you keep eating junk all day every day. It’s really important to burn that fat and maintain the diet.

Here I am sharing my Diet Chart which will help a lot of you to reduce your weight and inches.
You need to do atleast 30 mins of workout every day with this diet.

* No Alcohol, beer, Tea/Coffee* * Breakfast is mandatory* ## 2 glasses of warm water with lemon and honey early morning ## ## One cup of green tea everyday 15 mins before the workout (you can add honey for flavour) ## ## Have one glass of milk in less sugar with day wise dieting plan ## ## 8-10 glasses of water every day ## ## Avoid eating after 7pm ##
* Whatever I have listed below, day-wise, you can eat that whenever you feel hungry*

• Fruits whenever feel hungry Day2
• Soup and veggies in breakfast
• Boiled veggies
• Boiled potato once in a day
• Veg soup/ or boiled veggie whenever feel hungry Day 3
• Soup/Milk and veggies in Breakfast
• Boiled veggies and fruits as much as you want except bananas Day 4
• Soup and sprouts in breakfast
• 6 bananas in a day
• Soup or oats (Don’t use ready made packets) Day 5
• Soup/Milk and Oats/sprouts in Breakfast
• Brown rice / Oats
• 5-6 tomato or soup Day 6
• Soup/Milk and Oats/Sprouts/Veggies
• Brown Rice
• Boiled veggies (No potato)
• Fruits (No banana)
• Soup Day 7
• Soup/Milk and Oats/Sprouts/Veggies/Brown Bread
• Brown rice in oil
• Boiled veggies
• Fruit juice
